He is an accomplished designer and an expert in framework relationship and supply chain management gained from years of experience with clients across the transportation, education and commercial sectors. Through the completion of many major projects he has a gained an in depth experience of the techniques required to run and deliver significant architectural projects.  This has resulted in Phil being instrumental in developing the BIM overlay to the Plan of Work and working on the development of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013.
